This is the history of one of Trentino’s oldest wineries.

In 1885 Francesco and Angelo Endrici (formerly "de Enrici" or "Endrizzi" in the local dialect) arrived and - like true pioneers - introduced to the area the world’s finest grape varieties of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, together with important local grapes Teroldego and Lagrein. Francesco was succeeded by his son Romano and his grandson Franco who chaired the Comitato Vitivinicolo Trentino for twenty years.

Today, Endrizzi winery is run by the fourth generation by great-grandson Paolo and his wife Christine, a German architect. Together they continue a century-old tradition with great dedication and love, and the results derived from this collaboration speak for themselves.

Endrizzi estate expands in all directions around the historical buildings on Masetto hill, which today includes the Enoteca and the historical Bottaia – a unique venue used for special events.

The Cantina though, in addition to being an elegant special event venue, is mainly just that: a winery. Among the oldest wineries of Trentino, it is also an avant-garde architectonical project, distinguished by its minimal environmental impact. Its characteristic feature is the lavish technological setting: stainless steel in various shapes and formats (tanks, ladders, technical equipment, pipelines, and walkways) creating a unique visual emotion when observed in in half-darkness with just some rays of light.

Refinement of the wines in oak barrels is done in the historical Cantina (which dates back to 1885) located besides the new winery.
